On March 27, 2023, we welcomed the audit team who will conduct ISO9001 audit on our CJTOUCH in 2023.
ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO914001 environmental management system certification, we have obtained these two certifications since we opened the factory, and we have successfully passed the annual audit.
As early as more than two weeks ago, our colleagues were already preparing the documents required for these series of reviews. Because these audits are crucial for our independent production and research and development factories, and they are also a way to check the quality of our products. Therefore, the company and colleagues in all departments have always attached great importance to it. Of course, the most important point is to implement quality monitoring and environmental monitoring in every day of production and work, and the most important thing is that every link can comply with the standards of the ISO system.
The audit content of CJTOUCH by the ISO certification audit team generally includes the following important points:
1. Whether the configuration of production and testing equipment and the production environment meet the relevant requirements.
2. Whether the management status of production and testing equipment and the testing environment meet the requirements.
3. Whether the production process meets the process requirements, whether it meets the requirements of the safety operation regulations, and whether the on-site skills of the operators are competent for the needs of the work.
4. Whether product identification, status identification, warning signs of hazardous chemicals and storage environment meet the requirements
5. Whether the storage conditions of documents and records meet the requirements.
6. Discharge points of waste (waste water, waste gas, solid waste, noise) and the management of the treatment site.
7. Management status of hazardous chemical warehouses.
8. The use and maintenance of special equipment (boilers, pressure vessels, elevators, lifting equipment, etc.), the allocation and management of emergency rescue materials in emergency situations.
9. The management status of dust and poisonous spots in production workplaces.
10. Observe the places related to the management plan, and verify the implementation and progress of the management plan.
