In the past three years, we have been affected by the Covid-19,there are three main aspects
First, reduction of orders.Due to the impact of the Covid-19,Our company face problems such as cancellation or delay of orders in hand, and difficulty in signing new orders, rising prices and shortages of raw materials，Especially in the first half of 2020, with the control of the domestic epidemic, most of the domestic enterprises have returned to work and resumed production. Now, the major impact of the epidemic is foreign enterprises. Most countries have learned from China’s measures to seal the country against the epidemic. Most of them have shut down production, and the reduction of trade orders is inevitable.
Second, the supply chain is blocked. The supply chain is easy to understand, and there are many shutdowns and shutdowns, However, the demand of foreign countries has decreased again, which has led to more and more factories being shut down and falling into this vicious cycle.
Third,the increase of logistics costs. Most countries have learned from China’s measures to seal the country and fight the epidemic. Many ports, terminals and airlines have stopped importing and exporting goods, resulting in a sharp increase in logistics costs. Some products and even the price of the products themselves are less than the price of logistics, The cost is too high, and many foreign trade enterprises are afraid to take orders.
At the end of last year,China loosens control of Covid-19,orders from customers are gradually increasing, and it will not be long before they are essentially back to pre-epidemic levels.
