At recently years, the demand for commercial touch monitors is gradually decreasing, while the demand for more high-end touch monitors is clearly growing rapidly.
The most obvious one can be seen from the use of outdoor scenes, touch monitors are already widely used outdoors. The outdoor usage scenario is completely different from indoor use, as it faces many situations, such as high temperature, low temperature, rainy days, direct sunlight, etc.
Therefore, must be a more strict standard in touch monitors when you use in outdoor.
Firstly, the most important factor is the water-proof function. When you use in outdoor, the raining day is can not avoid. So the waterproof function becomes very necessary. Our touch monitor standard is the IP65 waterproof, use in kiosk or semi-outdoor. Also, we can do the IP67 full waterproof. Whatever the front or back enclosure, include interface, also have waterproof function. The monitor can use normal in raining day. At the same time, not affected by humid climate.
Moreover, the temperature requirements for the product are also very high. The existing commercial old equipment can no longer meet the current demand for products, the monitor need to be industry grade. It can use in -20～80°C.
Last, need to consider the display brightness issue. In order consider use in outdoor, may face issues with direct exposure to strong light. So, our touch monitor will choice the high brightness 500nit-1500nit lcd panel, of course also can add a photoreceptor, it can change the monitor brightness when it feel the difference sunlight.
So, if customer’s demand is the outdoor use touch monitor, we will proactively using our outdoor technology to meet customers’ high-end needs.
