In the hot July, dreams are burning in our hearts and we are full of hope. In order to enrich the spare time of our employees, relieve their work pressure and enhance team cohesion after intense work, we carefully organized a two-day and one-night team-building activity on July 28-29, led by General Manager Zhang. All employees released their pressure and enjoyed themselves in the team-building activity, which also proved that the company has always taken people-oriented as the value concept of its business development.
On the morning of July, the fresh air was filled with hope and new life. At 8:00 a.m. on the 28th, we were ready to go. The tourist bus was full of laughter and joy from the company to Qingyuan. The long-awaited team-building trip began. After several hours of driving, we finally arrived in Qingyuan. The green mountains and clear waters in front of us were like a beautiful painting, making people forget the hustle and bustle of the city and the fatigue of work in an instant.
The first event was a real-life CS battle. Everyone was divided into two groups, put on their equipment, and instantly transformed into brave warriors. They shuttled through the jungle, looked for cover, aimed and shot. Every attack and defense required close cooperation among team members. Shouts of "Charge!" and "Cover me!" came one after another, and everyone's fighting spirit was completely ignited. The tacit understanding of the team continued to improve in the battle.
Then, the off-road vehicle pushed the passion to a climax. Sitting on the off-road vehicle, galloping on the rugged mountain road, feeling the thrill of bumps and speed. The splashing mud and water, the whistling wind, make people feel like they are in a high-speed adventure.
In the evening, we had a passionate barbecue and a campfire carnival. There is nothing in the world that cannot be solved by a barbecue. Colleagues divided the work and cooperated with each other.Do it yourself and you will have enough food and clothing. Leave the worries of work behind, feel the aura of nature, enjoy the taste buds of delicious food, put down your impetuousness, and immerse yourself in the present. Bonfire party under the starry sky, everyone holds hands, and has a free soul together around the bonfire, the fireworks are gorgeous, let us sing and dance with the evening breeze......
After a rich and exciting day, although everyone was exhausted, their faces were filled with satisfied and happy smiles. In the evening, we stayed at the Fresh Garden Five-Star Hotel. The outdoor swimming pool and back garden were even more comfortable, and everyone could move freely.
On the morning of the 29th, after a buffet breakfast, everyone went to the Qingyuan Gulongxia rafting site with excitement and anticipation. After changing their equipment, they gathered at the starting point of the rafting and listened to the coach's detailed explanation of safety precautions. When they heard the command "departure", the team members jumped into the kayaks and began this water adventure full of challenges and surprises. The rafting river is winding, sometimes turbulent and sometimes gentle. In the turbulent section, the kayak rushed forward like a wild horse, and the splashing water hit the face, bringing a burst of coolness and excitement. Everyone held the handle of the kayak tightly, shouting loudly, releasing the pressure in their hearts. In the gentle area, the team members splashed water on each other and played, and laughter and screams echoed between the valleys. At this moment, there is no distinction between superiors and subordinates, no troubles in work, only pure joy and team cohesion.
This Qingyuan team-building activity not only allowed us to appreciate the charm of nature, but also enhanced our trust and friendship through real-life CS, off-road vehicles and drifting activities. It has undoubtedly become our common precious memory and made us look forward to future gatherings and new challenges. With everyone's joint efforts, Changjian will surely ride the wind and waves and create greater glory!
